What happens to what you send me.

This covers the forms on this site. Client work is covered in each client's written agreement, and the game and its competitions have their own policy, linked below.

What I keep

Your name and email, plus anything you choose to add: a phone number, a link to your work, a note. I also keep which page you wrote from.

Why

Only to reply to you and to plan the work you asked about. It never goes on a mailing list, ours or anyone else's.

Where it lives

In my inbox. Our email provider delivers it there, and the site keeps no copy. It isn't sold, and only the services that deliver and store it ever handle it.

Deleting it

Ask me to delete it at any time by replying to any email from me, and I will, unless I'm legally required to keep something, like a signed agreement.

Booking a call

The booking link opens Calendly, which handles what you give it under its own privacy policy. The booking itself reaches my calendar, and I treat it like any message here.

This site

No analytics, no ad trackers and no cookies of our own. To stop spam, the form briefly holds a scrambled copy of your IP address in memory and never writes it down.

Your audience

For clients, every subscriber opts in before they play, and the list lives in your name. More on the About page.
